National Voice & Influence
We work closely with the Department for Education, other government departments & Ofsted to raise the voices of young people and to use the collective voice of the forum to influence priorities for policy that will make a difference to care experienced young people. Each year we also work on particular areas – for example working closely with HMPPS around care experienced young people in custody.

NLCBF are active members of the Children in Care and Care Leavers Alliance and work closely with statutory and voluntary organisations working in this area.
